Samriddhi Conclave 2026 – India’s First Loan & Business Expo

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and participation in Samriddhi Conclave 2026 – India’s First Loan & Business Expo (“Event”), including use of the Website, registration, sponsorship, exhibition, stall booking, visitor participation, seminars, networking and other Event-related activities.

The Event is organized by KKGA Par Excellence Private Limited and SAGA (Shivalik Green Alliance) (“KKGA”/”Organizer”), in association with Vyapari Mahasangh.

By accessing the Website, submitting a registration, making a payment, booking a stall, applying for sponsorship, registering as a visitor or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Event
The Event is scheduled for 11th, 12th and 13th December 2026.

The Event is intended to provide a platform for financial literacy, access to finance, business networking, knowledge sharing, market opportunities and interaction among MSMEs, startups, entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs, lenders, investors, exhibitors, sponsors and visitors.

2. Eligibility
Participation is subject to applicable law and the eligibility criteria determined by the Organizer. The Organizer may refuse or cancel participation where it reasonably considers such action necessary for security, compliance, reputation, operational requirements or proper conduct of the Event.

3. Registration
Registration may be required for entry or participation in particular Event activities.

Participants shall provide accurate and complete information. The Organizer may verify information supplied by participants and may request supporting documentation where reasonably necessary.

4. Visitor Terms
Visitors agree to:

  1. The Organizer may deny entry or remove any person whose conduct is considered inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe or contrary to these Terms.

    1. 5. Sponsors

    Sponsorship is subject to a separate sponsorship agreement, proposal, confirmation or written arrangement where applicable. A sponsor shall not represent itself as an owner, co-owner, manager, partner, agent or representative of the Event or Organizer merely by virtue of sponsorship.

    Sponsor benefits shall be limited to those expressly agreed in writing.

    The Organizer may require sponsor-provided advertisements, logos, promotional material and communications to comply with applicable law and Event standards.

    1. 6. Exhibitors and Stall Bookings

    All stall bookings are subject to the final approval of the Organizer.
    The Organizer reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, relocate or cancel any booking/allotment in accordance with the requirements of the Event.

    Payment of a booking amount does not by itself create an unconditional right to a particular stall location until confirmed by the Organizer.

    Stall categories, sizes, pricing and availability are subject to the Event plan and written confirmation issued by the Organizer.

    1. 7. Stall Charges and Taxes

    Applicable stall/sponsorship charges shall be as communicated by the Organizer.

    GST and other applicable taxes shall be payable in addition to the stated charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

    Where an early-bird or promotional discount is offered, the discount shall apply only within the specified validity period and subject to the terms communicated by the Organizer.

    1. 8. Payment

    Payments shall be made through the payment method communicated by the Organizer.
    The Organizer may issue invoices/receipts in accordance with applicable law.

    Participants shall be responsible for providing correct billing details, GSTIN and other information required for invoicing.

    1. 9. Cancellation, Modification and Refund Policy

    Samriddhi Conclave 2026 follows a strict “No Cancellation, No Modification and No Refund” policy.Once any booking, registration, stall booking, sponsorship, exhibition space, package or other participation arrangement is confirmed by the Organizer, it shall be final and irrevocable and shall not be cancelled, modified, transferred or refunded under any circumstances, irrespective of the reason for such request.

    All amounts paid by a participant towards any booking or participation shall be treated as non-refundable and non-adjustable, except where the Organizer expressly agrees otherwise in writing or where otherwise required under applicable law.

    Participants are therefore advised to carefully review and verify all details, requirements, selections and booking information before making payment or confirming their booking.

    By proceeding with a booking or payment, the participant expressly acknowledges and agrees to this No Cancellation, No Modification and No Refund Policy.

    1. 10. Stall Allocation and Relocation

    The Organizer reserves the right to alter stall locations, layout, access routes, categories or floor plans for operational, safety, venue, regulatory or other legitimate reasons.

    An exhibitor shall not transfer, assign, sublet or share its allotted stall with another person or entity without prior written approval of the Organizer.

     

    1. 11. Exhibitor Responsibilities

    Every exhibitor shall:


      1. 12. Financial Institutions, Lenders and Investors

      Participating banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, insurers, investors and other funding providers remain solely responsible for:

      1. The Organizer does not guarantee that any visitor or borrower will qualify for or receive funding.

        1. 13. Preliminary or In-Principle Approvals

        Any preliminary assessment, indicative offer, expression of interest, eligibility indication or in-principle approval made at or through the Event shall not be construed as a final sanction or binding commitment unless issued by the concerned institution in accordance with its applicable procedures.

        1. 14. Business Transactions Between Participants

        Any transaction between a visitor, borrower, exhibitor, sponsor, lender, investor, vendor or other participant shall be directly between the concerned parties.

        KKGA is not a party to such transactions unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

        Participants shall conduct their own due diligence before making payments, accepting offers, sharing confidential information or entering into contracts.

        1. 15. No Endorsement

        Display or participation by a company, product, service, institution, professional or brand does not necessarily constitute an endorsement or recommendation by KKGA, Vyapari Mahasangh or SAGA.

        1. 16.  Marketing and Promotional Material

        By participating in the Event, sponsors and exhibitors may provide logos, photographs, videos, brochures, advertisements and other promotional material.

        The participant represents that it owns or is duly authorized to use such material and that its use does not infringe any third-party rights.

        The participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive right to use such material for Event-related promotion, publicity and documentation.

        1. 17. Photography, Video and Recording

        The Event may be photographed, filmed, recorded or live-streamed. Participants acknowledge that they may appear in Event-related recordings.

        The Organizer may use such recordings for legitimate Event-related publicity, documentation, archival and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

        1. 18. Intellectual Property

        All intellectual property belonging to the Organizer, including the Event name, logo, branding, website content, graphics, presentations, brochures and original promotional material, shall remain the property of the respective rights holder.

        No participant may copy, reproduce, modify or commercially exploit such material without authorization.

        1. 19. Participant’s Intellectual Property

        Each participant retains ownership of its own trademarks, logos, product names, content and intellectual property.

        Participation in the Event does not transfer ownership of such rights to the Organizer.

        1. 20. Confidentiality

        Participants should exercise caution before disclosing confidential business information, trade secrets, financial information or proprietary information to other participants.

        The Organizer shall not be responsible for unauthorized disclosure of information voluntarily shared by a participant with another participant.

        1. 21. Prohibited Activities

        Participants shall not:

        2. Participants must comply with all security, fire-safety, entry, identification and emergency procedures prescribed by the Organizer or venue authorities.

          The Organizer may inspect persons, belongings, stalls or materials to the extent permitted by law and venue rules.

          Participants are responsible for their own belongings, equipment, merchandise, documents and personal property

          The Organizer shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal or business property except to the extent caused by liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. 24. Force Majeure and Event Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, relocate, suspend or cancel the Event, wholly or partially, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic/pandemic, government restrictions, venue restrictions, security concerns, civil disturbance, strikes, transportation disruption, technical failure or other force-majeure circumstances.

    The Website may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, social-media platforms or other services.

    KKGA does not control or guarantee the content, availability, security, privacy practices or services of third parties.

    1. 27. Privacy

    Collection and processing of personal information shall be governed by the Event’s Privacy Policy.

    By registering or participating, users acknowledge that their information may be processed for legitimate Event-related purposes and, where applicable, shared with relevant participating organizations in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

    1. 28. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KKGA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from participation in the Event or transactions between participants.

    Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

    1. 29. Indemnity

    Each sponsor, exhibitor, vendor, participant and other participating organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its directors, officers, employees and authorized representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and expenses arising from:


  1. 30. Right to Refuse or Terminate Participation
    The Organizer may suspend or terminate participation, remove a participant from the Event or cancel a booking where it reasonably believes that the participant has:

    1. 31. Relationship Between Parties

    Nothing contained in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, franchise or fiduciary relationship between KKGA and any sponsor, exhibitor, visitor, lender, investor or other participant.

    1. 32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

    Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Event.

    1. 33. Amendments

    The Organizer may amend these Terms from time to time.

    Updated Terms shall be published on the Website and shall apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and existing written contractual arrangements.

    1. 34. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by law.

    1. 35. Entire Understanding

    These Website Terms govern general participation.

    Where a sponsor, exhibitor, vendor, speaker or other participant has entered into a separate written agreement with the Organizer, the specific written agreement shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
