Samriddhi Conclave 2026 – India’s First Loan & Business Expo (“Event”) is organized by KKGA Par Excellence Private Limited and SAGA (Shivalik Green Alliance) (“KKGA”/”Organizer”), in association with Vyapari Mahasangh.
The Event is intended to provide a platform for financial literacy, business networking, knowledge sharing, market access, business promotion and interaction between entrepreneurs, MSMEs, startups, borrowers, lenders, investors, financial institutions, sponsors, exhibitors and other participants.
1. No Guarantee of Finance or Business Outcome
Participation in the Event DOES NOT constitute or guarantee:
- approval or sanction of any loan;
- grant of credit or finance;
- investment;
- insurance coverage;
- funding;
- subsidy or government benefit;
- business contract;
- commercial transaction;
- purchase order;
- partnership
- franchise;
- employment;
- investment return; or
- any other financial or commercial outcome.
Any proposal, indication, preliminary assessment, in-principle approval, quotation, offer or discussion made by a participating lender, investor, insurer, exhibitor, sponsor or service provider is subject exclusively to the terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, documentation, due diligence, internal policies and final approval of that respective organization.

Information presented during seminars, panel discussions, workshops, presentations, exhibitions or interactions is intended for general educational and informational purposes.
Nothing on the Website or at the Event constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, insurance, credit or professional advice.
Participants should independently evaluate their circumstances and obtain appropriate professional advice before entering into any financial or commercial transaction.
- 3. Independent Responsibility of Participants
All business, financial, investment, lending, borrowing, insurance, purchase, sale, partnership, consultancy and other transactions between participants are undertaken solely at the discretion, risk and responsibility of the concerned parties.
KKGA does not become a party to any such transaction merely because it facilitated or provided a platform for communication. KKGA shall not be responsible for:

- quality or performance of products/services;
- delay or failure in delivery;
- contractual disputes;

- any other dispute arising between participants.
4. Sponsors, Exhibitors and Participating Organizations
Sponsors, exhibitors, lenders, financial institutions, service providers and other participating organizations participate for promotional, networking or business purposes.
Except where expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, such participation does not confer upon them any ownership, management, control, agency, partnership, joint venture or other proprietary interest in the Event or Organizer.

The Website and Event may contain information, advertisements, presentations, product descriptions, offers and other material supplied by third parties.
KKGA does not independently guarantee the completeness, accuracy, authenticity, legality, suitability or current status of all third-party information.
Participants should conduct their own verification and due diligence.
- 6. Government Schemes and Regulatory Information
References to government schemes, subsidies, regulatory provisions, taxation benefits, financial programmes or institutional support are provided for general information.
Eligibility, availability, terms and conditions may change and shall be determined by the relevant government authority, regulator or institution.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, sessions, venue arrangements, stall layout, participating organizations or other Event details where circumstances require.
Names of proposed speakers, dignitaries, sponsors or participating organizations should not be treated as a guarantee of attendance unless specifically confirmed by the Organizer.
- 8. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be responsible for delay, postponement, modification, suspension or cancellation of the Event arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic/pandemic, government restrictions, public disorder, security threats, strikes, transportation disruption, venue restrictions, technical failures or other force-majeure events.

While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accurate and updated Website content, the Organizer does not warrant that the Website will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects.
- 10. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, trade names, brand names and other intellectual-property rights displayed on the Website or Event material belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, informational or authorized promotional purposes.
No person may reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Event content without appropriate authorization.
- 11. Limitation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KKGA and its directors, officers, employees, representatives and authorized personnel shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or business losses arising from participation in the Event or reliance upon information made available through the Website or Event.
Nothing in this Disclaimer shall exclude or limit liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By accessing the Website, registering for or attending the Event, booking a stall, sponsoring the Event, exhibiting at the Event or otherwise participating in the Event, you acknowledge and accept this Disclaimer.
ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE ADVISED TO CONDUCT THEIR OWN DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ENTERING INTO ANY TRANSACTION.
